Happy Dancing!

Here's my Robin Hood by Little House Needleworks all done! Sorry for the crappy photo though. Every time I worked on this, I found myself popping in a Robin Hood movie/show and sometimes King Arthur movies as well. I have always been a huge fan of Robin Hood so when I saw this design, I knew I had to stitch it.

WIPocalypse-March

Here is my progress for WIPocalypse. I should have this one done soon although next week (spring break) is starting to look like it's going to be awfully busy. I'll see what I can get done this weekend.

Robin Hood Update

Instead of working on my other projects like I was supposed to, I've been working on Robin Hood. I can't seem to put this away. I guess because I'm close to finishing it. So here's an update photo.

Scissor Fob

I made this scissor fob for the Finishing Sal on the Love 4 Stitch Alongs board. The frog is from "Moufle Grenouille", which I'm guessing means frog mitten. I would add a link but I printed this chart in 2007 and I can't seem to find it online any more. The original design is a frog on a mitten. I will probably stitch the original design for a Christmas onrnament eventually. I have enjoyed the monthly challnges so far. Now I need to start looking for a needle roll chart. I know I have a few I can choose from.

Catching Up With IHSW and TUSAL

Here is what I worked on for International Hermit and Stitch Weekend. I had Monday off as well so I included that into my weekend.

This is Robin Hood by Little House Needleworks. I worked on the section under the words "Sheriff of Nottingham". It's not much but I'm pleased with it considering how busy my weekend was. My plan is to keep working on this in between SAL projects until it's done. It shouldn't take too long to finish.

And here is my ort jar for the TUSAL. As you can see, my stitching may be competing with gardening very soon. ;) I can't wait to get our summer garden planted.

A Little Progress Goes A Long Way

I don't know what the title is supposed to mean. Lol. Whatever, it seemed interesting at the time. Ha ha.

Anyway, here are my progress photos of my Crescent Moon Dragon that I worked on for a Joan Elliott SAL on the Love 4 Stitch Alongs board.
Here's my Before:

And my After:

So that's the "little progress" but I am happy with it. I was almost starting to go into a stitching slump but I have been climbing out of it over the last couple of weeks. I don't have a ton of time to stitch so when I do get to stitch, it's been great.

Now, I need to find some fabric that I know is around here somewhere for a scissor fob. I'm hoping to stitch and finish it into a fob by the end of this month so hopefully I'll find that fabric soon. I don't know what happened around Christmas time but I am still trying to find half of my things that I moved around. Ha ha. Every time I try to organize my stitching stuff, I can't find anything.

February WIPocalypse

This is Froggy Went A Planting, a finish for WIPocalypse. I have been working on this during the day off and on while babysitting my nephew. I just had to finish the back stitching and add the beads and charm today so that I could have a finish. I have tried to put a few small items on my WIPocalypse list for little daytime projects. I will be pulling out a few of my bigger projects from my list so there may not be a finish next month.
