A Semi-Finish

This is "Frog Pad" from www.amyscrossstitch.homestead.com. You can find it by clicking Free Patterns on her site. I stitched it on my Frog RR piece.

Here is a full shot of my Frog RR. This was from the Open Theme Round Robin that I participated in. I, of course, chose frogs. I have 2 more blocks to fill in and I have a really cute border to go on it as well. So it may seem like there are alot of empty spaces but that's because it's not completed yet.

A Finished Project!

This is "Life Is Good" from the Tailwaggers #1 book by Jeanette Crews Designs. It is stitched on Smokey Haze Flair Monaco from Enchanted Fabrics. It looks like many of the dogs that I have had over the years but more so like Priscilla, our first Basset Hound. I think we got her when I was 6 or 7 years old and we have had Bassets ever since. I had thought about stitching all of their names around it in a border of some kind but I decided against that. I'm not sure there would be enough room. There would be Priscilla, Lily, Daisy, Freckles, Buster, Sweet Pea, Petunia, Julie, Blue Bonnet (Bonnie), and Peter. That's not including the 3 liters of puppies that we have had since we didn't keep them.

Full View Of BoInk

I took BoInk off of the scroll rods for a bit and decided to get a photo of it while I had the chance. I'm excited that I'm getting so close to finishing it! I need to work on those borders though. Oh well, I figure that once I run out of the blocks, I'll have no choice but to finish the border. This has been a fun project so far!

I will post all of my progress photos from the Stitching Olympics at the end of the month when it's over.
